What I liked

The staff were incredibly caring and nothing was too much trouble. They all explained everything very clearly and regularly checked if I had any questions. When it came to booking the theatre appointment the staff were very efficient and accomodating. It is very pleasing to know that Devizes NHS Treatment Centre only employ consultant level surgeons so you are in very experienced hands. The modern building was immaculate and very well equipped. There is a large free car park, free WI-FI and I was given a fresh sandwich and a coffee when I came round. Overall I was astounded at the excellent level of care I received at the treatment centre and would like to thank the entire team. It is worth noting that the treatment centre is privately owned by UK Specialist Hospitals and they provide their service on behalf of the NHS. They have very high standards and a brilliant track record for clinical excellence.
