"Generally good."

About: Queen Elizabeth I I Hospital (Welwyn Garden City)

What could be improved

On arrival it took a lot of asking to find the right area. I was sent to the wrong department twice.

Also there was no water available in the waiting area of the EPU, or at least it was noy obvious.

We're sorry that your experience of finding the early pregnancy unit at the QEII was not as easy as we would have liked. Since October, however, all our inpatient maternity services - including a new early pregnancy unit - have been centralised in our new Trust-wide service located in brand new £16.5 million facilities at the Lister hospital. Hopefully this will make things easier for you.
