What I liked

The nurse who ran the patch tests was exceptional, very friendly immediately put you at ease and explained everything very throughly

What could be improved

Accuracy of appointments, doesn't seem to run of time very often.

Waiting room is always really hot...and sometimes runs out of seats

We are sorry that you felt the appointment system did not run as smoothly as you would have anticipated, and that the waiting area was busy and you found it uncomfortably hot. We will pass your comments onto the Outpatients Manager and their team.
