What I liked

Visit to the Gynaecology service:

I visited Crawley Day Hospital for some tests under general anaesthetic.

I was hugely impressed by the professionalism and friendliness of the entire staff I met that day. Despite being used to deal with problems far worst than mine, they took my case very seriously. Whilst they could have dismissed my worries, instead they gave time, advice and support. I witnessed them giving the same level of care to all the patients regardless of the conditions or attitude of said patients.

Sadly I do not remember the name of the last nurse I saw that day, but I am so grateful as she made sure I was pain free when I left (late evening, and by that time the hospital was pretty much empty).
