What I liked
I visited the Princess of Wales hospital today for an x-ray of my hip. I telephoned before I left home to enquire how busy they were and was told it was very quiet. It certainly was, I was in and out in about 15 minutes and was treated with courtesy and respect at all times. Excellent service, thank you.
What could be improved
Nothing.
