What could be improved
First time I visited this hospital, I have been waited for 3 hours to see doctor. 2nd time I visited, I can be seen smoothly because I have emergency letter from GP but the doctor was very bad. Absolutely bad man! He didn't listen my opinion at all and he just said you should wear glasses. My left eye suddenly cannot be seen clearly a few days ago and maybe this will be caused by my allergyic diathesis I think but he never listened my thoughts and check my eye carefully. I never want to go this hospital.
