"Absolutely brilliant, could not have been better."

What I liked

I feel I must write to say that the treatment I received in the Walk in Centre last Friday was fantastic.

The Staff were great and could not have treated me any better.

As I had had an accident they made sure I was taken care of so well that i left feeling much better even though I had been badly hurt.

Keep up the excellent work and thank you all so much, I know you were doing your job but it felt like much more than that.

What could be improved

Your ability to be able to tell people turning up saying they have a cold that there is nothing a doctor can give you for a cold and therefore reduce the time wasters.
