What I liked

I was admitted to the Burns Unit on 26 October and stayed there until the 7th November. I wish to record my appreciation for the way I was treated by all the staff. They were very professional, very pleasant and helpful. They did not stand around gossiping but worked very hard.

All in all, they made my stay a much better experience than it might have been.
