What could be improved

I had to Wait over a year to get the results of blood tests, when i finally got to see someone they had no idea what was going on, and thankfully, one dr encouraged me to complain, now im using the website and i cannot complain cos they wont let you, every link just doubles back on itself. Useless does not begin to describe my treatment process here. It was linked with Coventry hospital, and I can't wait till im better and dont have to go back in!
