"This is the NHS at its very best"

What I liked

I cannot rate this hospital highly enough. The care and help they have given my father has been absolutely excellent. They have experts who offer the highest levels of help, advice and kindness. Every member of staff took time to be friendly and helpful. They obvioulsy care very much about their patients and clearly enjoy trying to help and make a difference to peoples' lives. The hospital is spotless, waiting times minimal and above all, you feel they care for you. Nothing is too much trouble. This may not be one of the modern new hospitals, with designer led buildings - but this hospital has some of the finest doctors and surgeons in this country (indeed in the world), nursing staff that excel in their job and staff throughout the hospital that care. Management and staff at this hospital should be very, very proud. This is the NHS at its very best.
