"Outstanding"

What I liked

Mum was admitted to Cheadle in September 2011 from a Ward at the City General. I was told by CG that mum was incontinent - staff on Ward 2 identified that this was not the case and gave mum her dignity back. This is also the only hospital/ward mum has stayed in during attendance on 13 different wards in the last 12 months, who have not lost any of her belongings!

I cant thank the staff enough for their care and respect.

I would also like to thank one person in particular for her hard work and assistance in getting mum placed into the correct care which has improved her state of mind extensively.

Thanks again to all concerned who looked after my mother
