What I liked

I was treated under the care of my consultant, needless to say she lived upto get reputation of being very professional whilst maintaining a positive communication with me. Having never undergone any treatment other than head and neck, all my concerns were addressed accordingly.

Ward 4c was superb. Apart from the initial nurse that clerked me in all the others were fantastic and the care afforded to me was akin to that expected from the private sector. Basic analgesia was provided in a timely manner. Having previously undergone major head and neck surgery at another west yorkshire hospital, ward 4c coils certainly teach nursing staff at tar previous hoapital re patient care.

Fortunately I do not need to return to the gynae dept, however I would not think twice in recommending ward 4c or the consultant to friends/family or, indeed within a professional capacity.
