What I liked
I was admitted by ambulance through A&E onto Syon 1. The next day I had my appendix removed in what the surgeon desribed as 'just in time'.
I have to say that from admission to discharge my care was the best I could hope it to be. All the staff were professional, kind, caring and considerate - at all times.
We should be proud of the service the NHS provieds - all too often we hear the negative view - each and every day thousands of lives are saved adn/or made better due to teh dedication of people who are not always appreciated as much as they should be.
What could be improved
The food.
