My mother was admitted to accident and emergency complaining of a severe headache which was not dulled by prescription painkillers, confusion, exhaustion and being unable to keep any food down. After waiting for 11 hours for a doctor she was tested for meningitis and kept in over night for observation, when nothing further presented itself she was sent home. Just over a week later she has been admitted to a different hospital and has been diagnosed with a brain tumour. Well done Blackburn for picking up on that.
