Fast x rays and easy check in.

What could be improved

Timing. It is armful. In last months I have been to Gateway Surgery Clinic 5 times, always 10 minutes prior to my appointment time. And never was seen at time! It take 45-90 minutes of waiting just to get to the doctor.

Funny thing is you see different doctors every time. And every one makes new decision about treatment.

Anything else?

They can sent you a letter just few days before appointment about rearranging appointment to different day/time not caring if you are available at this time.

They are running appointment system, not a walk in, but for some reasons corridors and waiting areas are extremely over crowded.
