We at the North Mid strive to put patients’ first in everything we do. Improving the experience of our patients is the number one priority for the hospital and we are pleased to hear that you were happy with the care you received.

In answer to your question, when a comment is made on this website whether good or bad the remarks are copied to key personnel to enable them to improve the services within their area to improve for patients.

We also report good comments to the department concerned because all our staff really appreciate the kind comments made by patients.
