"Waiting for an appointment at Plymouth Eye Hospital"

About: Royal Eye Infirmary / Ophthalmology Sentinel Healthcare Southwest Community Interest Company

(as the patient),

I have Glaucoma so my GP said I needed an appointment at Plymouth Eye Hospital so Sentinel called me a month ago to arrange an appointment. They asked me when I'd like to go, it had to be a Tuesday afternoon and I told them that I wasn't available for the next two Tuesdays. They said they'd write to me with an appointment date.

That was a month ago, and I've not heard anything since. I was holding off from giving you feedback until I'd had my appointment but I thought that I'd give you feedback about having waited so long!
