I received an envelope containing an A4 covering letter, an A4 sheet written in 21 languages detailing a free helpline, an A4 eight page Patient Experience survey and an A8 freepost envelope.
The documents displayed three logos. 1. Better Together Scotland's Patient Experience Programme. 2 Healthier Scotland Scottish Government. 3. NHS Scotland.
Three Logos, Three Management Teams, 21 translation teams. The Freepost was to a company in Huntingdon.
All to produce more 'data' for analysis?
