"Great help from the Healthy Lifestyles team at City Healthcare in Hull"

I was referred to the programme about 6 months ago and they have helped me no end. In particular Laura Harris whom has really helped me on my journey. I wouldn't have achieved the goals that were set without her help and support.

I felt she really listened to me and guided me the right way. I particularly liked that she never suggested medication but always directed me to consider healthier eating and to opt for healthy lifestyle choices.

My only suggestion is that I now feel a little bit left on my own after the consultation has ended after 6 months, perhaps it would be nice to have a follow up in a few weeks to ensure I am sticking to my programme??
