What I liked
My wife and i went to the Leicester Royals Fertility clinic to undergo assistance with having children. The communication by staff was fairly satisfactory, and we were informed at all stages of risks and what was going to happen next. The service managed to get a good response from the treatment the first time around, and we now have a baby boy, plus a very good quality embryo available for her next pregnancy.
What could be improved
The reasons why the not so good quality embryos were not worth keeping could have been explained better.
