What I liked

The staff,

all of them from the receptionists to the nurses and doctors,were brilliant. Very friendly and caring in their approach. Could not faut them in any way.

The whole atmosphere was very re assuring and at every stage of their investigations I was kept informed of what was happening ..

The Management should invite staff from other hospitals to come and see how the job should be done.

I urge all my friends and reletives to go to Macclesfield if they need to go to a hospital

What could be improved

T cubicle where I was examined was on the cool side but not cold enough to be unpleasant..

The staff were so good I did not notice the environment so can not realy comment on it.

Anything else?

Please make it known to the staff that their care is appreciated.
