The agency staff should be brought in from other Yorkshire area's

Tapering of medicines does not happen

Left to go cold turkey - Horrifying side effects & stomach cramps

Misinformed on options & lied to

Profess to know all about the brain?!

Obvious on sight a very badly run hospital
