"The sevice was excellent and I was seen within 10..."

About: Salford Royal

What I liked

I attended the Nuclear Medicine department as an out patient to have a breath test done for Lactose intolerance which involved me having to blow into tubes every 15 minutes and which lasted for about 3 hours. A staff member did these tests and she was absolutely lovely and so polite and explained everything to me. Whilst there other patients came and went and all the staff were really polite to everyone and explained to them what was going to happen and also asked if the patients had any questions. This was the first time that I have attended this hospital but from what I saw and how I was treated myself I thought it was excellent.

What could be improved

I was very satisfied with the department that I attended and can't think that anything could be improved.
