What I liked

I have undergone surgery for Prostrate cancer in March 2011 and the diagnosis, operation and follow-up treatment has been very satisfactory.

I cannot commend the team highly enough.

I also appreciate the text messages, reminding me of the appointment dates.

What could be improved

The wait to give blood samples is very long in the morning, so I have taken to visiting at about 3.00pm when que is less.
