After joining the Active Lifestyles programme, Lisa helped me to find and join a gym that was right for me. She went through everything with me, and helped me to make my own choice. I wouldn't have done it without her. Using the gym has been so much easier with her support, and I have since lost over two stones!

I am over the moon with the service, and will always keep in touch with them. If it wasn't for them I wouldn't be where I am now.
