My last appointment at the doctors was quite unusual - I was called in at my appointment time! Unusual because for some doctors at my surgery I have to wait up to an hour after my appointment time. That is the only complaint I have.

My last appointment at the hospital was excellent, a senior nurse "stood in" for the consultant - after asking my permission - was very kind and thoughtful and explained what she was doing as she was very quick to point out the advantages of staying overnight for this appointment.

The receptionists at both doctors surgery and the hospital were excellent.

Thank you for taking the time to let us have your feedback., We are pleased to hear you were happy with the service we provided. Doctors and nurses consultations do sometimes go overtime and although reception do try to ensure all patients in the waiting room are aware of the delays this can also be frustrating for the patients waiting and we do appreciate your patience.
