(as a relative),

Elderly mother-in-law admitted to MAU3.

Care excellent and staff wonderful.

Only negative thing was the main hospital switchboard - it took me 3 attempts to get to the right ward

Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your mother in laws recent stay on MAU3.

It is great to hear that you are so pleased with the care she received, and we will share your kind comments with the staff on MAU3.

We appreciate you raising your concerns with the switchboard, we have actually made a number of changes to our switchboard across all of our hospitals which we hope will improve the service. These are due to take effect next week.
