What could be improved

I called to make enquiries about my private medical insurance and if i could register at this hospital but i spoke to an extremely rude person. That promptly hung up without even acknowledging my 'thank you' after all their obvious rudeness.They answered the phone at about 5.25PM 1.11.2011.

Health workers are supposed to be compassionate not rude and uncaring.

People do not just call hospitals for fun, do they?

I really hope they get cautioned! I can only imagine how they treat vulnerable patients.
