What I liked

The interaction with the staff and the way they included me in all decision making made me feel very reassured.

The care provided by the staff while having the procedure and the aftercare of my day stay was excellent and made me feel at ease.

What could be improved

The letter could have stated that Ward 20 was on the second floor, as I entered the building and followed sign for 'Wards' not realising that Ward 20 was situated on the second floor.

Anything else?

The follow-up phone call the following day after my procedure was very thoughtful of the Sister from the unit.
