"Volunteers are so nice"

About: Cannock Chase Hospital

(as a volunteer/advocate),

A patient at Cannock Hospital quoted: "'The volunteers are all so nice, I don’t know what the nurses would do without the volunteers. Sheila is so kind she looks after us in the morning and will do lots of little things for us. There was a young man on yesterday (Kyle) who is so nice and kind."
