What I liked

I visited the hand unit last tuesday and the day surgery unit yesterday & I wanted to say thank you so much to the staff. On both occasions I have not been very brave and the staff showed compassion and professionalism at every stage and made the process much easier to cope with. This is certainly not my expeience with many other hospitals!

Please pass on my thanks and I hope you reognise the difference they all make to both your individual customers & your overall reputation.
