"Excellent all round service"

What I liked

From my initial visit for assessment prior to the operation right through to being discharged after the operation I was totally impressed by the professional attitude of all who worked there, from the surgeon to the ladies who served the meals. I was given respect at all times. I was kept informed of what was going on; and after the operation the care I was given was faultless. This is the first hospital I have been in where, at meal time, the individual courses were served separately. The food was some of the best I have received whilst being in hospital. The staff were always happy in their work. My only recommendation to the managers is do not change anything; you obviously have got things right on Ward 14. Thank you for what you have done for me.. I rate this Ward as 5 Star.
