What I liked

The standard of care from the Nurses, Surgeon, Anaethetist was amazing.

The Surgeons are miracle workers, i had corrective eye surgery due to thyroid illness.

Post op clinic and waiting times are excellent.

What could be improved

Nothing at all from the care given, very high standard.

Anything else?

It would be helpful to day surgery patients to be aware of the car park charges.Perhaps in their admission letters advice could be given.

My time due to surgery went over the £1.50 fee, by 20 minutes to the sum of £10.00.

I asked a car park attendent three days later when i attended the post op clinic as to why, as surgery cant be pinpointed to a precice time.I was arrogantly told, had my daughter pressed the help button on exit we would have only paid the original £1.50.I tried to explain we had driven from another town, and were unaware of this procedure after surgery.The £1.50 was free that day, but i was annoyed at spending £8.50 unknowingly.
