(as the patient),

I can always rely on my GP. When I visit I am always received in a friendly professional manner. I know that my concerns matter to them and that I am given the best care available. They are very understanding and supportive of my Coeliacs disease including the prescribing of gluten free food. After being with my GP for over 26 years I would highly recommend them.

Thank you for your response. We must be pleasing you if you have been with us 26 years! Thats loyalty.

We do strive to give a good service and always welcome feedback of any kind. We are starting a virtual patients group where we will occasionally email to ask patient opinion in changes we may be thinking about. Would you be interested? if so please contact me susanbreeze@nhs.net
