What I liked
The friendly and efficient way the Consultant and all his staff were with me during all my visits to the hospital, including the follow-up inspection on Thursday 27th October 2011.
I had a form of skin cancer very close to my right eye, this has been successfully removed and there is virtually no scar or sign remaining to show where it was.
In my opinion he is a first class Consultant and has a very good team working with him.
What could be improved
I was satisfied with my course of treatment.
They appeared short staffed of the day care ward.
Anything else?
I did not realise it was a form of skin cancer before I came to the hospital.
I felt I was in good hands and this releaved my worries.
I was the last patient to be operated on that morning which meant I had to wait around for several hours, this was not very good as I have had two back operations and have problems with sitting and mobility.
"A successful operation and no scars or ill effects..."
