"the drs & nurse are dedicated to there work that..."

About: West Middlesex University Hospital

What I liked

the only problem i had was with dealing with the reception staff when i went in to get my biopsy results and when i was trying to make my appiontment for my biopsy the drs & nurses that took care of the biopsy & and the removal of my skin cancer carinnoma made me feel quite relaxed at all times and had my welfare needs at the formost and also made sure that after the operation they checked to see that the stiches were still inplace and that there was no infection to my face and that it was healing properly and i would recomend this hospital to anyone that i now you cannot put a total hospital down for the actions of a few people that donot wont to do there jobs properly and should not reflect on the staff that are dedicated to there work signed martin stoker

What could be improved

the way pacients are delt with when they phone to check up on appiontments. and when you are sked to come in to see a doctor that the desk staff do not send you all over the hospita when all the have to do is walk from there desk and knock on the persons door to let them now you have arrived this is the main problem you have reception staff need to be more helpful instead of trying to pam you of or just sit you in the next door area were no one will no you are there
