What I liked

The nurse who I have seen on most occassions visiting the department has been sympathetic and wonderful.

What could be improved

I suffer very badly from a problem with my jaw joint and have been coming to the Maxillofacial department for almost 2 years. Throughtout this time I have been told to return to see consultants twice as I would need an operation. Twice I have returned, not to see a consltant and to be sent away without any treatment leaving me on a large amount of medication, unable to drive and eating a diet of liquidised food.
