What I liked

I went into burnley general on monday the 24th of october to have a full knee replacement, i must admit i was very scared and nervous on the day, but from the moment of my arrival i was put at ease and looked after every step of the way.all the staff of the ward were marvelous,the nurses, the doctors ,the physios ,the cleaners ,the admin staff, the caterers and tea trolley people,all worked well together to look after me. in theatre the anethatist team worked well to calm my fears and the opp went smoothley and succesfully and i was soon on the ward settled in and drinking tea,due to every ones great care and help i was back home and on the road to recovery in onley 4 days. i can not thank all involved enough for all their hard work and care they showed to me at a time i had been dreading for weeks.yours gratefully peter dawson

What could be improved

in these times of low budgets and cuts i cant see what could have been improved during my stay
