"when you really need medical help you cant ask for..."

What I liked

a relative of mine is at present in ICU, he is critically ill and we are by no means certain of the outcome. However, whatever the end result is, I am certain that at this moment he is receiving excellent care, second to none! the nursing staff have shown great compassion not only to him, even though he is largely unaware, but to his family. They explain everything in detail, dispie it being very complex,over and over so we know where we are at.

No stone is being left unturned in their battle to save him.

It is so easy to bash the NHS and sometimes some negative comments are very unjust.

I would like to say thank you, your professionalism and caring is awe inspiring and keep fighting along with him/

What could be improved

although ICU are fantastic we do feel he should never have been sent home previously from another ward
