"Complaint about my fathers care"

I have complained to Queens hospital, on behalf of my father who has now deceased regarding the appalling care he received.

I have today received a response to my complaint letter (some three months later) in which they have failed to answer many of my questions asked and what they have managed to answer is, I feel, lies.

Who do they think they are? Their response to my complaint is not worth the paper it is written on. Do they think they can get away with poor care and then when you complain fob us off with what I feel is a load of rubbish?

I now intend to take further action as they will not get away with treating people so badly. I feel you would be better treated in a third world country.
