What I liked
My lovely mum has been a patient in the John Procter Ward for the last 5 weeks of her life. She has been treated with exceptional care and the utmost respect at every step of the way. The staff on the John Procter ward have been wonderful and kept us informed at all times. In spite of being in pain staff have always endeavoured to keep my mum comfortable and show her dignity. This little hospital has been a saviour to our family at a very difficult time. Staff work incredibly hard yet have shown our family sensitivity and compassion; I cannot praise them enough.
