What I liked

After having a gastroscopy at Burnley Health Trust and having a terrible time which caused me to have nightmares I was very worried about having this procedure again. The difference with the treatment and staff at Airedale was like night and day. I recieved the appointment within two weeks. The Airedale staff were extremely helpful, patient, considerate and I felt nothing was to trivial to ask them. When I recieved the treatment I was taken care of from beginning to end. I would just like to thank all the staff for their care which was above and beyond the necessary. I would also suggest that they pass on their skills to the staff at Burnley General.
