What I liked

Doctors were very empathetic and gave clear information.

What could be improved

Rude nursing staff; arrogant and snide. There was one in particular that kept glaring, snapping, and not caring. All we wanted was a bit of empathy, which we didn't receive.

We were sorry to learn that you found the nursing staff to be uncaring and lacking in empathy. Your feedback will be passed to the manager for the area concerned so that they can take appropriate action.
