"Excellent care and professionalism at all times"

What I liked

Emergency admission in October 2010, admitted to Amesbury Ward (Ortho) and then moved 4 days later to Laverstock Ward (Plastics) for 10 days. Both wards were exceptionally clean and all of the nurses and doctors were friendly and caring and no question was too much trouble. They made a very stressful time easier. Also, spent time with Wessex Rehab Centre who were excellent as well. Continued seeing Plastics Team in Out-Patients during the last 12 months and had further surgery at the beginning of this month in the Day Surgery Unit. The Hospital should be proud of its caring, professional staff and the cleanliness of the Hospital. I would certainly recommend Salisbury District Hospital to friends, family and colleagues. Salisbury is slightly further to travel from my home than another major General Hospital but it is definitely worth it for the care. On all of the visits to the hospital, parking has never been an issue.
