(as the patient),

I have been seeing Lisa Hewson now for some time,and she has helped me to lose a stone.

Her advice, help and support has been brilliant. I am a fussy eater, so it must be hard for her. Its a good feeling to lose this weight, i can't thank Lisa enough.

I would advise anyone who wants to lose weight get the help from Active Lifestyles.
