I visit the haematology clinic quite regularly, the help from reception is always friendly, the blood sampling nurses are gentle in their approach, and the consultants discuss and listen to any queries you may have.
As for the transfusion service on Birch Ward, which I have visited several times, the staff are so nice that it makes it a pleasure to be there for the day (if you have to).
