What I liked

For my visit to Endoscopy the Information and opportunities to ask questions about the procedure were very good. The nurses were extremely helpful. I was kept informed about my waiting time. The procedure was carried out with great care and a nurse talked to me during the procedure to take my mind of what was happening below. The environment was very clean and modern looking and because of the nature of the procedure, I was very relieved to see that every room that I had to wait in had a toilet! Very good service.

What could be improved

From my experience in this unit there is very little room for improvement. It is a very professionally run unit.

Anything else?

If you need to have an endoscopy, I don't believe you can get better service than this.
