What I liked
I had acute renal failure and to be honest i did not think i would recover from this. The nurses were fantastic and the amazingly positive physio ladies convinced me that i would recover my strength and gave me the motivation to start getting better.
The moment where i walked again for the first time accompanied by two physio ladies was a beautiful moment i will always treasure.
A special message to the beautiful physio lady who said "she would never see me again"
I apologise if i was an awkward payment, a special message of thanks to you...thankyou for always having a beautiful smile and positive words of encouragement. You gave me the motivation to walk again and regain my strength and health once more.
You will always have a special place in my heart
