About: Royal Bolton Hospital / Accident and emergency

(as a relative),

Had to wait over 4 hours with a 5 year old child before he was seen by a dr. My son's finger had been trapped in the door and was disgusted that he had wait that long.

Also we had to use the adult A & E Dept as children's A & E was closed due to staff shortage.

My child had to sit their among drunk abusive adults. Not acceptable at all.
