"Patient last, not patient first"

It would be nice if this practice returned to patient first, not as it is now which is patient last.

Thank you for taking the time to complete our patient opinion. We were sorry to hear you was not pleased by your visit to the surgery. We really would like to hear more and hope to rectify this.
